  • You have 30 days to return any item (in it's original, un-opened packaging) for a no questions asked 100% refund
  • You have 365 days to return any item that has developed a fault. We will arrange for your item to be fixed by one of our dedicated technical experts or for a brand new item to be sent back to you - we also cover the return shipping costs (so you aren't out of pocket if something does go wrong). Your 365 days warranty will restart from receipt of your fixed/replaced item!
